Atlantic Canada Sea Kayaker's Meeting

The 2024 Atlantic Canada Sea Kayaker's Meeting has been cancelled for this year. Join us instead on the Tangier Island Destination Paddle [Saturday, June 8 - https://www.coastaladventures.com/destination-day-tours. However, the church supper is taking place this year [optional extra cost]
Join us for Atlantic Canada’s premier sea paddling get-together, an opportunity for all those active in this growing sport to meet, mingle and exchange ideas. There will be slide presentations, safety demos and updates in this continually evolving sport. Most of all, we will be on the water where we will visit the offshore islands (and the seals and sea birds) during a choice of trips of varying lengths and difficulties.
We finish the day with a traditional church supper and in the evening there will be audiovisual presentation of some of the best sea kayaking destinations in Atlantic Canada. You may wish to stay at one of the local campgrounds overnight and explore some more on your own on the Sunday.
Come along and discover the 100 Wild Islands, a world class paddling destination, and the focus of a conservation effort by the Nova Scotia Nature Trust. No prior experience is needed and our guides will be able to assist any beginning paddlers.
